Transport Process After Winning Multiple Auctions on ClearLotAuctions.com – Anyone Have Experience?

Hey everyone, has anyone here purchased vehicles from Clear Lot Auctions before? I recently won 4 auctions with them and I’m planning to buy a few more cars soon.

I’m mostly curious about the transportation process. Do they arrange shipping themselves or do buyers usually have to find a carrier? Just trying to understand how everything works before I move forward with more purchases.

Yeah, I bought from Clear Lot Auctions last year and the shipping process was actually easier than I expected. They have their own transport fleet from what I know.

For my purchase they included 1,000 free shipping miles, then after that it was around $0.70 per mile. My truck arrived on time and communication was pretty decent throughout the process.

That actually sounds pretty good. I was worried I’d need to organize transport separately for every vehicle.

Did they contact you directly after payment to schedule delivery or did you have to follow up with them first?

I had a slightly different experience because I picked up my vehicle in person. I’m located not too far from their place in Jurupa Valley, so it made more sense for me to just drive there.

One thing I found out while talking with their staff is that not all vehicles are physically at that location. Some are stored at partner yards depending on where the auction originated.

But yeah, from what they explained to me, most deliveries are handled through the Clear Lot Auctions transport fleet.

Yeah, they contacted me directly after payment cleared. I received an email first and then someone from transport called me a day later to confirm the delivery address and timing.

@CaliMPerformance is right too — not every vehicle is sitting at the Jurupa Valley yard. Mine was actually coming from another storage location before it got loaded for transport.

This is actually really helpful info. I’ve been browsing inventory on Clear Lot Auctions for the last couple weeks myself.

The included 1,000 free miles is honestly better than what a lot of other auction places offer. Most transport quotes I got recently were pretty expensive.
